Greg is working with the Cocoa Beach Police Chief and Brevard County School Board to develop Florida's first E-Bike driver education course. As E-Bikes become more common on our streets and paths, proper education protects our residents, visitors, and children. Cocoa Beach has the opportunity to be a statewide trendsetter.
Greg proposes deploying AI-powered lifeguard drones along Cocoa Beach's coastline. These drones can locate a drowning victim and deploy a flotation device in under 30 seconds — dramatically faster than traditional response times. Real-time shark detection keeps our beaches safer for families and tourists alike.
Fire Station 50 is over 65 years old and currently compromised by mold and outdated equipment. Greg will champion the construction of a new fire station that gives our first responders the modern facility they need and deserve. This is a public safety issue and a community priority.
Cocoa Beach generates significant tourism revenue through the bed tax but receives a disproportionately small share back. Greg will fight to ensure our city gets its fair share of bed tax dollars based on actual population and tourism impact — money that should be invested right here in our community.
AI & TECHNOLOGY IN CITY GOVERNMENT
Greg will lead the charge to educate city employees on artificial intelligence tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and modernize how Cocoa Beach operates. Technology should work for taxpayers — and Greg will make sure it does.

Cocoa Beach's waterways are part of what makes this community special, and Greg is committed to continuing cleanup and protection efforts for our rivers and lagoon. Cleaner waterways mean healthier marine life, better fishing and boating, and a higher quality of life for every local who calls Cocoa Beach home.
As Vice Chairman of the Leisure Board Greg has already delivered for Cocoa Beach residents — including a $1.3 million USTA tennis center partnership, an interactive driving range proposal, and a pavilion boating destination concept. Greg doesn't just talk about getting things done — he has a track record of doing them.
Greg is committed to making Cocoa Beach more accessible for residents and visitors with disabilities — from beach access points to public facilities and sidewalks. Every local deserves the same ease of enjoying the community they call home, and Greg will push for practical, funded improvements rather than empty promises.
